I design backend systems and lead delivery for clients in other countries.

Joined as Senior Software Engineer. Promoted to Lead Software Engineer, then Engineering Manager, then Director of Engineering.
As Director, led the Node.js department of about 40 developers. Oversaw the technical work, the strategy and the plans.
Work with clients in other countries. Lead and mentor teams on several projects at the same time.
Interview candidates, estimate projects, and give internal sessions on AI tools and good practice.
Design systems and databases. Manage DevOps: CI/CD, cloud infrastructure and deployments.
